Aloha and welcome to my island paradise. I'm really excited to have you as guest and share it with you. After deciding I wanted to buy a condo on Maui to share with the vacation rental community, I went about searching for what I felt was the right/perfect place. ( I wanted a place with.....A place very centrally located so guests could easily explore Maui. A place relatively near the airport so guests could arrive quickly near I wanted a place on the beach hear ocean waves, go walk out and go swimming, a place ) I searched for many many months without luck. I looked at condos in Lahaina, Ka'anapali, Napli, and Kihei but . Don't get me wrong, saw some great condos in some beautiful buidlings in some great areas of the island but to me they were all missing that something special I was looking for. A place very centrally located so guests could easily explore Maui. A place relatively near the airport so guests could arrive quickly near WIth the Come and discover Maui...

I spent many weekends over months and months trying to find the right place. I lived In LA and traveled to Maui... to Maui over many weekends

As the saying goes "you'll find what you're looking for when you stop looking" applies here because
